| dc.description.abstract | 對2009-2012年國際排球總會所修訂之排球競賽新規則其內容中部分觀點概念加以詮釋，包括無意識觸網、超越中線、後排自由防守球員…等等。新規則實施對排球比賽的主要規律沒有太大的改變，但是對排球技戰術的運用和發展，則有較大的影響。新規則的實施縮短非比賽時間，使比賽的節奏加快，維持比賽過程的連續性與流暢性。網上的爭奪更加激烈，進攻的技戰術在不斷變化創新，促進排球選手防守技能的提高和多樣性技巧的運用，因此縮小雙方攻守之間的差距；裁判員對規則的掌握需更加明確，應經常鑽研規則及參加排球運動比賽實踐，促使比賽更公平和公正。教練和參與比賽選手亦必須熟悉和理解規則精神，積極而合理運用規則，調整訓練觀念，制定出行之有效訓練方案，盡快適應新規則帶給團隊競賽的策略變化方案，以爭取比賽最後勝利。新規則修訂目的使排球比賽朝向更激烈精采的方向發展，提升觀眾的欣賞性，同時拓展排球比賽商業化，促進贊助企業廠商更積極的支持排球運動發展。 | |
