Abstract
「頭腦簡單,四肢發達」是自古至今眾人對運動員的迷思,但真是如此嗎?相關研究皆對此迷思提出反對。本篇研究目的:一、瞭解陳全壽先生的求學歷程;二、瞭解陳全壽先生的教學過程;三、瞭解陳全壽先生的生涯挑戰;四、瞭解陳全壽先生對未來臺灣體壇的期許;五、將陳全壽先生樹立為後代運動員的楷模及標竿,並激發運動員破除刻板印象。本篇研究以社會學習理論運用較多,其次為楷模學習及標竿學習。研究方法以半結構式訪談為基礎,相關網路資訊、書籍為輔。研究對象為運動終身成就獎獲獎者陳全壽先生為例,以其求學經歷與對臺灣運動員的期許為主。本研究結果經過分析並歸納其特質及要點給予運動員一個標竿進而去模仿與學習。運動員要免落入於「頭腦簡單、四肢發達」這迷思,就必須自我改變。
“All brawn no brains” is people’s stereotype of atheletes. But is it true? Most studies are opposed to the stereotype. The research purpose include five items: (1) Understanding of Mr. Chen, Chuan-Shou's study processed. (2) Understanding of Mr. Chen, Chuan-Shou's teaching processed. (3) Understanding of Mr. Chen, Chuan-Shou's Challenge of in his life.(4)Understanding of Mr. Chen, Chuan-Shou expectation to Taiwan for Athlete's future.(5) Building a Model of sport, and broken the stereotype. Three theory in the study: (1) Social Learning Theory. (2) Modeling Theory. (3) Benchmarking Theory. Study method is a case of study of Mr. Chen, Chuan-Shou who get the "Elite Award", Semi-structured interview and other information to support. The results include some characteristic and more key point to athlete to follow it, and change his or her think and pick them to the top to broken the bad stereotype of atheletes.
