Abstract
  本研究旨在探討國小棒球教練領導行為、參與動機與訓練滿意度之現況及關聯性,並比較不同人口背景變項之差異性。研究以雲嘉地區101學年度參加國小棒球聯賽預賽學校之棒球隊選手為對象,採用叢集抽樣及便利抽樣方式進行問卷調查, 總計發送493 份問卷,回收問卷480 份,有效問卷435 份,有效率達90.6 %。依據實際調查回收資料,進行描述性統計、重複量數單因子變異數分析、單因子多變量變異數分析、LSD 與雪費(Scheffe)事後比較、徑路分析及典型相關等統計方法進行資料分析。研究結果發現:不同人口背景變項在教練領導行為、參與動機及訓練滿意度上部分達顯著差異;教練領導行為對訓練滿意度、參與動機對訓練滿意度、教練領導行為對參與動機具有正向影響;而教練領導行為也會透過參與動機間接影響訓練滿意度。
  This study aimed to investigate the leadership behavior, motivation and training satisfaction of elementary school baseball coach, and to compare the differences of demographic variables on manipulated variables. Subjects of the study were Yunlin and Chiayi elementary school baseball players participating in 103 Baseball League Champion. To collect data, the cluster and convenience sampling was conducted by which a total of 493 questionnaires were distributed and 480 questionnaires were returned. Of the 480 returned questionnaires, 435 were valid responses corresponding with a 90.6% return rate. The data was then computed by descriptive statistics, repeated measures ANOVA analysis, one factor multivariate analysis of variance, LSD and Scheffe (Scheffe) post hoc comparisons, path analysis and canonical correlation analysis . The results showed that there are significant differences between demographic variables on leadership behavior, motivation and training satisfaction; coach leadership behavior has positive impact on training satisfaction; participation motivation has positive impact on training satisfaction; coach leadership behavior has positive impact on participation motivation. The coach leadership behavior also indirectly affects the training satisfaction through participation motivation.
