Abstract

本體感覺又稱軀體感覺系統是指靜止和運動狀態下對肢體位置的感知。於日常生 活及運動訓練中,本體感覺扮演著極重要的角色,他能使我們感受到肢體的空間位置、 移動速度、動作方向及使用力量的大小與維持固定施力的能力;本體感覺會因受傷、 年紀的變化而減低其靈敏度,因此本研究目的將針對膝關節受傷對一般大學生及運動 員之本體感覺的影響。方法:本研究將針對20 名膝關節受傷運動員分成兩組進行比較, 一組進行FSS 之下肢恢復訓練,另一組則無接受任何訓練來進行兩組運動員之本體感 覺的差異情形。預期的結果希望找出下列結果:1. 運動員與一般學生之本體感覺差異; 2. 膝關節受傷運動員與健康運動員之本體感覺差異的情形;3. 比較開放式和閉鎖性本 體感覺差異的情形;4. BIODEX 與FSS 信度的測量;5. 接受FSS 訓練對膝關節本體感 覺的影響。

Purpose: Proprioception is a sense of position and movement of one』s own limbs and body in the absence of vision, termed 「limb-position sense」 and 「kinesthesia,」 respectively. Proprioception has been shown to diminish with injury, age, and so on. Exercise may have beneficial on proprioception. Therefore, the objectives of this study will to examine whether health and injury knee joint proprioception in university students. Methods: About 60 younger subjects (age between 19~25). Three groups (20 health students, 20 health athletics and 20 injury athletics) will be match with whether knee joint injury history. Passive and active knee joint positioning will be use BIODEX and MR Functional Squat system (FSS) to test joint proprioceptive acuity. For the second years studies will use FSS to training 10 keen joint injury athletics for 6 weeks. To investigate the different between have FSS training program and none training program.
