| dc.description.abstract | 本研究主旨在於瞭解國小排球選手運動參與動機之現況及其影響因素，同時探討不同背景變項之國小排球選手對運動參與動機之差異情形，以提升國小排球選手的運動參與動機，並給予學校及教練實質的建議。本研究採用問卷調查法為研究工具，研究對象以95學年度全國中華盃排球錦標賽之國小排球選手為母群體。發出問卷480份，回收問卷442份，回收率92%，有效問卷423份，有效回收率96%，調查問卷採用五點量表以描述統計、獨立樣本t檢定及單因子變異數分析及雪費事後比較法之統計法分析資料。根據研究結果顯示，國小排球選手運動參與動機之現況以健康適能之向度得分最高，以刺激避免之向度得分最低，不同背景變項之國小排球選手在性別、訓練年資及學業成績之向度上，達顯著差異，而在年級、最佳成績及練習時間之向度上，未達顯著差異。 | |
