Abstract
本研究目的旨在探討視覺影像模擬介入的輔助學習方式,對跆拳道初級裁判在動作認知、給分標準與判決能力之差異。透過自行設計之視覺影像模擬系統,搭配自行編製之問卷,利用描述性統計來了解各類別變項 (性別、裁判年資、判罰場次、選手年資、教練年資與參賽類別),將前、後以相依樣本t檢定進行考驗,再以獨立樣本t檢定來考驗各類別變項在前、後測之分數差距。結果發現到,不同的性別、裁判年資、判罰場次、選手年資及參賽類別中皆不會影響判罰的精確程度(p > .05)。經過模擬影像介入後,有無教練年資與前、後測結果在動作認知與給分標準,以及視覺影像模擬系統介入前與介入後的結果,皆達顯著差異(p < .05)。因此,本研究顯示跆拳道初級裁判在經由視覺影像模擬系統之介入後,能有助於初級裁判在判決能力上的改善,結果亦顯示男、女裁判對判罰能力的認知沒有差異,所以在正式比賽上不只有男性裁判可以勝任,提升女性裁判在判罰職務比例上的指派亦有幫助,而不論資淺、資淺裁判均能勝任工作職責,其差別在於經驗判例的多少,應多給予資淺裁判更多工作機會,以期能培養更多的優秀裁判提升我國競技水準。本研究建議在未來中華民國跆拳道協會所舉辦之裁判或教練講習會或各縣市委員會,可以透過本研究之系統介入並加以訓練,以此來提升我國教練與裁判對於判決能力的認知。
The purpose of this study was to understand the effects of visual images simulation system on novice refereein action cognition, scoring standard and judgment abilityof taekwondo sport. Data of this study were collected through the questionnaireof simulation system and were analyzed for reliability and validity. Descriptive statistics were adopted to calculate the means, standard deviation, and the difference of the pretest and posttest.Both paired samples t-test, and independent samples t-test were conducted to inspect the categorical variables in the pre-and post-test score difference at the significant level α= .05. The result indicated that with/without coach years, pre-and post- test difference in the action cognition, scoring standard, and the pre-and post-test score were significantly different (p < .05).The results also showed that the capability of justification did not varies from the two sex genders of referees. This indicated that male referee should not be the only option for the game referee. Increasing the proportion of female referee participation for the game will improve the balances.Through the simulation of visual images system could help the novice referee effectively improve their judgement ability, and the employment of this system should be adopted in both nationalreferee and coaching seminars in the future.
