Abstract

本研究旨在探討以2008北京奧運柔道比賽VCD作深入探討分析,男子柔道賽各量級重要比賽的得分內容之分析,以期瞭解國際間優秀男子柔道選手比賽時之技術動作特性並將所得之結果量化,男子柔道賽7個量級之21場重要比賽內容為資料,運用「攝(錄)影觀察統計分析法」。統計方法:spss12來描述研究對象各個變項的分布情形。依變項的性質,以交叉分析表以及卡方考驗考驗其差異。選手之「得分等級」、「得分技術」、「得分時間」、「得分區域」資料研究結果。 一、得分等級:得分等級指導(19次)、一勝(9次)、有效(11次)、半勝(7次)、效果(2次)本次實力相當造成犯規指導最多,其次有效、一勝的等級顯示攻擊身體放鬆的重要性以及得意技、專項體能、連絡技技術速度、爆發力和反應能力。 二、得分技術:得分技術因對犯規被判指導機率達(19次)造成失去比賽得分相當高,顯示來自於各國選手實力相當接近,次數最多過肩摔(6次)小內割(5次)、大外割(4次)技術應著重於得意技施展。 三、得分時間:得分時間比賽3-4分鐘和比賽得分時間4-5分鐘總共出現最(12次),其次為0-1分鐘、2-3分鐘總共出現最(9次),0-1分鐘為最少總共出現最(6次),各量級之間差異未達顯著,並與假設相符。 四、得分區域:在得分區域方面則E區(13次)、B區(5次)、A、C、D各為(3次)主攻擊以E區為主。A、B、C、D區戰術運用導致裁判喊暫停,區域戰術運用有時要在比賽好好應用。 觀摩比賽體會得分的重要性,在得分等級、得分技術、得分時間、得分區域等等,觀察出其中應用研究方法找到我们的答案。柔道須要不斷的精進、規則不斷的修改要隋時跟進時代而修正,技術得意技亦要自我接受挑戰不斷演練。平時模擬比賽增加技術攻擊特性、積極時間控制、場地區域運用、瞭若指掌的全方位提升備戰的求勝意念,以達到戰術運用戰無不勝、攻無不克的柔道人生境界。
