dc.description.abstract　　本研究旨在探討2012年奧運會申辦歷程及倫敦勝出原因。研究結果可提供台灣申辦2020年奧運會之參考。本研究以文獻分析法，研究對象為申辦2012年奧運會申辦城市填答問卷、進入第二階段候選城市申辦檔案、國際奧會第117屆年會投票選舉過程。 　　研究結果發現，倫敦勝出原因在申辦奧運會上獲得政府及公眾支持、法律保證，在「一般基礎建設」、「運動場館」、「奧運村」、「環境情況及衝擊」、「住宿」、「交通概況」、「安全防護」、「舉辦運動賽會之經驗」、「財務計畫」、「整體計畫和賽後資產」詳細的規劃，獲得國際奧會委員的投票支持。
dc.description.abstract　　The purpose of the study was to explore the bid history and how London won the hosting of the 2012 Olympics Games. The findings of the study would provide information for Taiwan to bid the hosting of the 2020 Olympic Games. This research managed the general literature analysis method for data collection, including the Questionnaire for Applicant City responsed to International Olympic Committee, the Candidature file of the Candidate City and the vote by IOC members on 117th session held in Singapore. The results of the study indicated that the reasons London won the IOC vote were the detailed plan of “Government support”, “Legal guarantees”, "General infrastructure", "Sports venues", "Olympic Village", "Environmental conditions and impact", "Accommodation", "Transport concept", "Safety and security", " Experience from past sports events", "Financial plan", "The overall project and legacy".
