Abstract
  本研究目的在了解參與2004年日本魚津市國際女子棒球邀請賽與加拿大世界女子棒球錦標賽,其各國選手在跑壘時間、盜壘時間及投手投球時間的差異。利用碼錶測量記錄跑壘、盜壘及投手投球時間等資料,得知(一)各國球隊跑壘時間與投手投球時間有水準不一的現象存在,而均以日本社會隊的表現最佳。(二)各國球隊的盜壘時間以美國隊表現最佳,差距較大,其餘各國球隊的盜壘時間相近。如欲提升球隊戰績,建議各隊:(一)積極跑壘態度的要求,盜壘技巧的加強及投手投球動作的快速須繼續加強。(二)在練習與比賽時,應隨時測量與紀錄跑壘、盜壘及投手投球時間,以做為日後練習與比賽改進的目標。除此,女子棒球運動也要確實從基層全面推廣,方能得到佳績。   The purpose of this study was to examine the difference of the base running, steal, and pitching time at the international women’s baseball games during the year of 2004, namely the Women’s World Series Ⅳ and the IBAF 2004 World Cup of Women’s Baseball. Through the stopwatch, data were collected and recorded. The findings were as followed: 1). In terms of the base running and pitching time among all teams, there were significant differences, and the Japanese team was the best. 2). In terms of steal running time, the USA team was the best and showed significant difference. Based on these findings, the researcher suggested: 1). the training of the base running, steal, and pitching must be strengthened. 2). During the practice and game, base running, steal, pitching time should be measured and recorded for future improvement. In addition, to aim for better performance, the sport of the women’s baseball must be promoted comprehensively from the ground level.
