多才多藝的排球教育家：鄭國平

1980 年代排球運動在臺灣推廣之際有一批「排球大使」在國內外展現熱情與專業能力，也在教育界為基層排球運動人口往下扎根，惟目前仍在教育界服務的前輩卻屈指可數。因此本研究以多年擔任國家排球隊與臺體男子排球隊教練，年近古稀仍服務於中國醫藥大學體育室主任——鄭國平先生為個案研究。本研究目的旨在瞭解鄭國平生平與求學歷程、排球帶隊與球隊管理、體育教學與行政、生活休閒旨趣。本研究使用文獻分析法與訪談法進行研究， 自書籍、期刊、報紙進行相關資料及文獻蒐集，擬定訪談題目後，實施訪談及後續訪談資料紀錄與整理，獲致結論如下：一、鄭國平學生時期學科優異，更一路進修至博士學位，但擔任教練時常犧牲家庭時光，因此他尤其感謝妻子長期持家體恤，讓他能專注致力於職場。二、帶領臺體男排在大專排球聯賽打下空前絕後的二連霸，並鼓勵選手畢業後再進修，退役後在教育界服務者的不在少數。三、鄭國平從事體育教學與行政超過四十年，擁有豐富而完整的資歷。四、鄭國平不僅擔綱各運動賽會的司儀，也能在主持臺上載歌載舞，還是個名車收藏家，並將學生的激勵話語口訣化。期望藉由此研究，激勵排球新生代規劃更好的排球運動環境，期盼臺灣排球水準有朝一日能在國際排壇上有所提升。

During the 1980 occasion while Taiwan was promoting volleyball, a group of ＂Volleyball Ambassadors＂ was not only showing their enthusiasm and expertise at home and abroad, but also raising volleyball population through the education sector, however, the senior generations still serving in education are less and even can be counted on the fingers. Therefore, this study took Cheng Kuo-Ping as the study subject, who had nearly seventy years, but he is still the sports director of the China Medical University (CMU). The purpose of this study was to explore Mr. Cheng Kuo-Ping's experiences of life and studying, leading and training, team management, sports teaching and administration, leisure and recreation. This study adopted two research methods, literature analysis and interview. The collection of literature and related information was from books, journals, newspapers. After the designing and amendment of the interviewing questions, the interview and follow-up data record compilation had been implemented. The conclusion was as follows: 1. Cheng Kuo-Ping with a doctoral degree had excellent performance in studying during his student period. When being a coach, he often sacrifices the family time. So, he especially appreciates his wife for her support so that he could rest assured that he can stick to the post. 2. In the University Volleyball League (UVL), he led the men's volleyball team of the NTCPE, and achieved the unprecedented and unrepeatable two straight championships. He encouraged the players to study again after they graduated. They usually works in the education sector now. 3. Cheng Kuo-Ping had a rich working and complete qualification in the sector of teaching and administration of physical education.4. Mr. Cheng not only can emcee in various sporting events, but also can sing or dance on stage, and he is a collector of luxury cars. His motivation slogans for students are the totally appropriate. It is hoped that through this study, motivating the new generation of volleyball to plan a better volleyball environment, and someday Taiwan can shine on international volleyball stage.
