Abstract
本研究旨在瞭解學校改制前後,教師及學生對「體育政策的制定與推行」、「體育行政組織的架構與資源運用」及「體育教學與體育活動之規劃及實施」等三方面,是否有差異性的看法。本研究採問卷調查法,以全校高二、高三學生及教師為研究對象。問卷內容蒐集國內外相關文獻作為基礎,並配合學校之特性,經專家效度修正後編制而成。學生問卷共計發出611份,有效問卷為588份,有效回收比率96.24%;教師問卷共發出68份,有效回收比率100%。主要統計分析採SPSS 10.0 for windows統計套裝軟體進行分析。資料分析包括:描述性統計、獨立樣本t檢定與單因子變異數、鄧肯事後檢定、成對樣本t檢定。
研究結果發現:在整體的研究構面上,學生認為在「體育行政組織的架構與資源運用」改制前優於改制後。教師則認為三個研究構面上,均有差異性的存在,且一致認為改制前優於改制後。本研究結果可提供學校行政單位、教師及後續研究者之參考。
The main purpose of this research is to survey the differences in physical education before and after the renovation of Kuo-Kwang High School. This study focuses on three aspects :(1) the establishment and implementation of PE policies, (2) the structure in PE administration and resources management and (3) the design and practice in PE teaching and activities. A total of 679 questionaires based on related literature published in Taiwan and abroad were distributed to 611 eleventh and twelfth grade students and 68 teachers. 588 students (96.24%) and 68 teachers (100%) responded to the questionaires. SPSS 10.0 statistical package for Windows was applied to this research. The data for analysis included descriptive statistics, independent samples, t-test, one-way ANOVA, Duncan’s post-hoc and paired samples t-test.
The findings of this research indicate that most students think aspect (2) in Kuo-Kwang High School was better than after the renovation, while the teachers maintain that there are definitely differences in all the three aspects of research and they unanimously agree that things were better before the renovation. The findings can serve as references for the school administration, teachers and researchers for further studies.
