游泳池水質處理人員專業能力指標、培訓課程建構及證照制度建立之研究

本研究旨在建立游泳池水質處理人員專業能力指標、培訓課程及證照制度。研究結果可提供相關機構培訓專業人才之參考。本研究以問卷調查法，並採立意抽樣進行調查，研究對象為高雄縣市持有衛生局合法登記之五十家營業用游泳池之水質處理人員，其包括：主管、組長及救生員。研究工具為「游泳池水質處理人員專業能力、培訓課程問卷」。問卷內容蒐集國內外相關文獻，及研究者十一年之游泳池水質處理經驗；經專家意見、預試、信效度考驗等過程編制而成。問卷共計發放180份，回收154份，剔除無效問卷9份，有效問卷為146份，有效回收比率81.11％。主要統計分析採SPSS 10.0 for windows統計套裝軟體進行統計分析。資料分析包括：描述性統計、項目分析、因素分析、信度分析、效度分析、獨立樣本t檢定與單因子變異數、薛費事後檢定、典型相關考驗。

研究結果發現：專業能力指標為「維修處理技能」、「水質專業處理」、「行政處理」、「決策能力」、「器材運用」等五個構面。培訓課程為「公共安全衛生」、「水質處理」、「運動財務法律與設施」、「休閒活動經營管理」等四個構面。行政院勞工委員會主管法規下之游泳池水質處理人員職業證照制度模式已建立。

The purpose of the study was in attempt to probe the competency related problems for swimming pool water quality professionals. The theme of the study included: the formalization of professional capability, training curriculum and certificate system. The findings of the study could, hopefully, be the useful references for organizations with same interest. This research managed the general survey method for data collection. The subjects included executives, directors and liftquards of 50 swimming pools which are alleged legitimate by Kaohsjung county and city governments. 180 questionnaires entitled “Scale of competency and training curriculum for swimming pool water quality professionals” were distributed, and 146 were valid responded. The development of the scale consisted of literature review, content valid, pilot study and researcher’s 11 year personal experience in dealing with water quality management. The statistics applied for the study included descriptive statistics, item analysis, factor analysis, reliability and valid test, t-test, One-way Analysis of Variance, Seheffe post-hoc, and Canonical correlation via SPSS 10.0 statistical package for Windows. The results of study indicated that index of the professional ability included:”Maintenance technique ability,” Water quality management,” Administration ability,” Decision making ability,”Facility application. The training curriculum included:”Hygiene,” Water quality management,” Sport finance and legal application,” Management of recreational activities.” According to the results of the study, the certificate system of swimming pool water quality professional sunder supervised by labor committee of Executive Yuan was established.
