大專棒球球員人格特質與職業選擇之相關研究

本研究旨在探討大專棒球球員人格特質與職業選擇之相關性，透過林幸台等人編制之「生涯興趣量表」，對93學年度大專院校棒球錦標賽之第一級參賽隊伍之球員296位球員進行施測，有效問卷數共計290份。內容探討的項目為生涯興趣之類型、不同科系與職業選擇、不同年級別與職業選擇、不同守備位置與職業選擇、人格特質是否與職業選擇相符以及棒球球員之基本資料。利用描述性統計、卡方檢定等統計方法進行資料結果之分析。研究發現，大專棒球球員的生涯興趣類型為人、文、工。其所就讀的科系和人格特質會與職業選擇具顯著相關。在年級與不同守備位置都與職業選擇無顯著相關。未來希望可以及早對棒球球員作此測驗，並針對球員想從事的職業給予專業的輔導與建議。

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to investigate the relationship between personality and job for the college baseball players. Career interest inventory that published by psychological assessment corp.. It tested 290 samples in first level in national college baseball league in 2004 by simple random sample. And include five factors: type of career, department, and year in college, position and personality. The data were analysis by descriptive statistics, and chi-square.

The findings reveal that the type of career interest of the college baseball players is interpersonal, humanistic and pragmatic. Department and personality are significant correlation in occupational choice. But year in college and position is negative correlation in job. And the test will be done by baseball player as soon as possible in future. The study recommend by conclusion. And offer guidance and assistance to baseball player that have job want to do.
