奧運會主辦城市建設面向之探討

城市建設是奧運主辦城市在籌備奧運會上相當重要的一環，藉此展現高效率的行政能力，帶動奧運籌備計劃能夠順利進行，規劃城市現代化的交通幹線，塑造一個更優質合適的居住環境，成為國際獨一無二的觀光城市。然而，大規模的城市建設也可能引發一些潛在危機，興建大型運動場館擔負龐大的財政壓力，以及對生態環境產生的破壞。施工期間壓縮居民原有的生活空間，運動場館興建延宕倍增驗收期限的壓力，在安檢程序上也恐有瑕疵存在的疑慮。大型運動場館使用時對附近居民所造成的衝擊，將可能影響到居民的生活品質。主辦單位尋求對策以解居民不滿的聲浪，應事先審慎規劃及執行，以防範可能的負面衝擊，裨益主辦城市的國際形象具有提昇作用。

Urban construction is one of the most important parts while holding Olympic Games. To scheme out an excellent communications with all parts of the country and to build a high quality living environment can make this city into an international tourism city. It can also show the high-potency of the government and carries Olympic Games out in a successful way. Nevertheless, there will be some potential crises while constructing the city. For example, the financial problem of building large-sized gymnasium and the destruction of ecological environment are the possible crises. The period of construction may influence the neighborhood’s living environment. Time pressure of building gyms also may cause the fault of security check in the buildings. The using of the gymnasium may affect the quality of the neighborhood’s life. Above are the possible problems which they may meet. The host city should find solutions to solve this kind of problems. The most effective way is to think about what kind of problem will emerge and set the solutions in advance. To do so, it can promote the international image of the host city.
