休閒運動能力評鑑辦法之比較-以花式撞球為例

休閒運動能力的評鑑，可使休閒參與者獲悉本身技能程度，及協助休閒指導者教學課程的安排，適時給予不同階段學員的指導來提升學習效果，使其得到流暢的休閒體驗。

本研究以花式撞球的評鑑辦法為例，將參與第三屆臺體青年撞球錦標賽38位選手排名，以10為間距取樣得四位受測者，施以日本保齡撞球、美國Q-Skill Rating、中華民國撞球運動能力檢定三種評鑑，比較其間之等級相關。

研究結果顯示：

一、保齡撞球、Q-Skill Rating與中華民國撞球運動能力檢定辦法三種評鑑成績排名有顯著相關。

二、正式比賽排名與三種評鑑成績排名有顯著相關。

三、以評鑑時間較短的保齡撞球和中華民國撞球運動能力檢定辦法均適合國人使用。

研究結果建議在客觀的情境下可使用此三種評鑑辦法來

篩選出撞球技巧較優的選手，又以保齡撞球和中華民國撞球運動能力檢定辦法較為省時省力。為推廣之便，應增加中華民國撞球運動能力檢定辦法D級以下的級別，加入暫停或休息之條文，且在考取各級教練資格之前，需先獲得撞球運動能力檢定的認可。

Abstract

The evaluation of the recreational sport abilities can let participants know their abilities, help instructors arrange the recreational sport programs and promote the learners’ training effect, and then, make them get the flow experience.

The evaluative method of pool billiards was an example. The subject was sampling spaced at intervals by 10 got 4 participants who participated in The Third National Taiwan College of Physical Education Youth Pool Billiards Game. The evaluative methods applied included Bowlard Game, Q-Skill Rating and Pool Billiards Test of Republic of China, and the ranking interrelation was compared.

The Findings were as follows:

1.There was no significant difference among Bowlard Game, Q-Skill Rating and Pool Billiards Test of Republic of China.

2.There was no significant difference between the formal place in a competition and the three-evaluative methods.

3.Both the evaluative methods of Bowlard Game and Pool Billiards Test of Republic of China would be applied.

The suggestions show that it is possible to use the three evaluative methods to choose the players with high ability. Compare to Q-Skill Rating, in addition, Bowlard Game and Pool Billiards Test of Republic of China could save time and money. Moreover, the levels under D level of Pool Billiard Test of Republic of China should be added and the articles of stop or rest should be set up. Furthermore, the certification of the billiard ability should come after the qualifications of the coach.
