2007北美運動管理學會年會發表論文內容分析研究

運動管理學門自從1995年真理大學設立運動管理學系以來，各大專院校運動管理系所陸續成立，越來越多專業人士投入鑽研運動管理的領域，發展至今13年來，累積為數不少的碩士論文、期刊、學報和研討會的論文發表。近年來整理分析過去運動管理文獻的研究越來越多，然而卻尚未有以研究國外運動管理文獻為專題的論文，本研究以2007年北美運動管理學會之年會發表論文229篇為對象，採內容分析法整理分類其發表論文，期望從中找出國際上運動管理學的研究趨勢，以提供國內學界最新的資訊，藉以激盪出新的研究方向和想法，讓國內運動管理相關研究能與國際潮流接軌。經過內容分析研究後獲得以下結果：

1.行銷類64篇佔28.32%最多，領導與管理類30篇佔13.27%居次以及社會文化類21篇佔9.29%為第三。

2.問卷調查法49.25%、文獻分析法16.52%(包含內容分析法和既有統計資料分析法)、訪談法15.42%為最常被使用的研究方法。

3.社會文化、教學、研究、道德類的主題，共佔了22.27%(51/229)，約五分之一的比重，顯示國際上相當重視這些領域。

4.發表篇數最多的國家為美國166篇最多，第二多則是加拿大的28篇，第三多是英國的8篇，台灣則以6篇位居第四位，接下來依序是澳洲和韓國的5篇，南非和紐西蘭3篇，德國2篇，法國、土耳其、義大利則是最少的1篇。

5.北美洲以美式足球、棒球、籃球最常被研究，歐洲則是足球。

Since Aletheia University instituted the department of sport management in 1995, the other colleges instituted it in succession. More and more professionals devoted themselves to the area of sport management. For the past 13 years, it has accumulated numerous theses of master degree, and essays published on journal, bulletin and conference. In recent years, the studies on analyzing the literatures of sport management are increasingly. However, there are still no studies about analysis of foreign literatures in sport management. This study used content analysis to research 229 theses presented in 2007 NASSM annual conference of North American Society for Sport Management. The purpose was to find out the trend that international sport management study leads to, provide domestic researchers the newest information to inspire them to develop new direction of study, and enable domestic studies match the international trend. The results can be divided into 5 parts:

1.“Marketing” (28.32%) is the main topic area. The following areas are “leadership and management” (13.27%), and “social culture” (9.29%)

2.Survey is the main research methodology (49.25%). Literature analysis is the second (16.52%), and interview is the third (15.42%).

3.The overall proportion of “Social culture”、”Teaching”、”Research”、”Ethic” is 22.27%, which is one-fifth of all areas. This result indicates that NASSM emphasizes on these areas.

4.Theses submitted from America are the majority (166 articles). The second place is Canada (28 articles), and the third is England (8 articles). Taiwan(6 articles) is the forth.

5.American football, baseball and basketball are the main research sports in the North America. Soccer is the main research sport in Europe instead.
