Abstract
本研究目的旨在探討體能訓練在芭蕾課程中之應用在增加學生肌力、肌耐力、爆發力與協調性等運動能力上有顯著效果。本研究是以苗栗國中舞蹈特殊才能班七年級20位女學生為研究對象,並分為實驗組(A)11位以及對照組(B)9位。
本研究透過行動研究實施十二週的芭蕾課程,並針對實驗組學生進行每週兩次,每次30-40分鐘,運動強度為40%~50% 1RM的循環訓練,且在課程實施之前、中、後進行基本體能、專項體能以及芭蕾基本動作之檢測,測驗所得數據皆以SPSS for Windows12.0 套裝統計軟體處理,並以t 檢定分析循環訓練前、中、後基本體能、專項體能以及芭蕾基本動作之差異是否達顯著。另外,再依個案研究、觀察法所蒐集到的資料,以三角檢核法及描述性統計處理。
在經過十二週的課程實施與訓練,本研究得到以下五點結論:一、循環訓練課程,能有效地增加學生心肺適能、肌力、肌耐力、敏捷性等運動能力,且經過體能檢測後達顯著差異。二、循環訓練應用在芭蕾課程中,可以增進學生基本體能與專項體能,提升學生在芭蕾課程中的學習效果與技能表現。三、循環訓練能顯著改善學生在芭蕾課程學習過程中,因肌力不足導致的學習困難,並幫助學生重新找到學習上的成就感。四、體能的增進,能夠提昇學生芭蕾技能學習與表現,增加學生學習芭蕾的興趣。五、學生良好的體能基礎,能有效提升教師教學時間的運用,從中增加舞蹈教學時間,給予學生更多的舞蹈練習時間及次數,間接提升學生的舞蹈表現。
The purpose of this study was to study the effectiveness of conditioning training to the improvement of Ballet performance in motor ability, strength, endurance, power and coordination. The subjects for the study were 20 female seven-grade-students from dance class in Miao-Li junior high school. Two groups which included experimental group (A) and the comparison group (B) were organized to process the study.
An active research, which had elaborated 12 weeks’ Ballet program, was applied to the experimental group receiving twice of circulation training on the base of 30-40 minutes, 40-50% intensity, per week. The basic and specific physical condition and Ballet basic movement were tested among pre, during, and post program. The gathered data were then analyzed by t-test in the comparison of physical condition training, specific physical condition, and Ballet basic movement among three time frames. On the other hand, the triangle technique and descriptive statistics were applied to analyze the collected data based on case study and observation methods.
After 12 weeks’ training, the results of the study were as follows:
1.Circuit training had significantly improved the motor ability on cardio respiratory endurance, strength, endurance and agility for dance class students.
2.Circuit training applied in Ballet curriculum could significantly improve the basic physical ability, specific physical ability, basic movement and motor skill.
3.The circuit training could improve the learning difficulty caused by strength deficiency during learning process, and helps student to restore the learning achievement.
4.The improvement of physical ability could promote the performance and learning skill as well as increase the interest for learning Ballet.
5.Students, who had the better physical ability, could effectively increase teacher’s teaching hour because of more practices and longer times being offered, which, in turn, increase students’ dance performance.
