Abstract
由于拓展训练教师通常扮演了顾问专家、训练讲师和引导者等多元角色,因此由Shulman所提出的教学法知识最为适用拓展训练课程,教学法知识中的课程知识、学科知识与教学策略知识最能符合拓展训练教师的需求.拓展训练教师在运用课程知识时必须掌握活动课程与课程统整的概念;在运用学科知识时则要熟悉拓展训练的七大课程类型并厘清教师教学信念;在运用教学策略知识时应采用"协同教学"方法,建立多元化教学评量制度,引导学生具备反省思考能力.拓展训练教师习得教学法知识之目的则应结合Shulman提出的"教学推理与行动模式",藉由理解、转化、教导、评量、反思与新理解等不断的循环演练、重新调整,或是回溯、删减某些步骤来达成.
