Abstract
本研究旨在探討體能遊戲對學齡前幼兒體適能發展的影響,本研究以方便取樣方式,選取台中市進德國小附幼、忠明國小附幼,澎湖縣馬市托-澎南校、馬市托-馬公校等四校,共122名幼兒為對象進行八週(8次、16次)體能遊戲課程教學。經描述性統計與成對t檢定統計方法分析各變項間的差異情形,所得結果如下:
(一)就整體而言,學齡前幼兒在實施體能遊戲課程八週後,幼兒體適能的發展有顯著的進步。
(二)參與體能遊戲課程的幼兒,其體適能發展的表現較沒有實施體能遊戲課程的幼兒為佳。
(三)在不同(台中、澎湖)地區施以八週(8次、16次) 的體能遊戲課程後,台中市幼兒只在平衡感成績未達顯 著差異。澎湖縣幼兒則在肌耐力成績未達顯著差異。
(四)不同(男、女)性別,台中市實驗組男幼兒在柔軟度, 女幼兒在速度、彈性、柔軟度等達顯著差異。澎湖縣實驗組男幼兒在速度、彈性,女幼兒在速度、肌耐力、平衡感等達顯著差異。其中女幼兒在柔軟度的幅度大於男幼兒,顯示出不同性別間的進步情形有不同。
經本研究印證,證實幼兒體能課程確實對幼兒階段有顯著提升,證明在幼兒階段實施體能課程有其必要性,教育主關機關更應早日訂定法規規範實施。
The purpose of this study was to investigate the influences of child play game unit to the fitness development of pre-school children, with the adoption of convenience sampling, there were 122 children of Taichung Jin-de elementary school kindergarten, Chung-ming elementary school kindergarten, and Makung kindergarten of Peng-nan school and Makung school in Peng-hu county and four other schools, eight weeks (eight times, sixteen times) of physical play game course unit was administered to them. Descriptive statistics analysis and pair-t test statistics were used in this study. The results were as follows:
(1).Generally, pre-school children had better fitness development after eight weeks of child play game course unit.
(2).Pre-school children who participate in child play game course unit had better fitness development than those who do not participate.
(3).The eight weeks (eight times, sixteen times) child play game course unit were administered in different locations (Taichung, Peng-hu), the only sense of balance in Taichung had not achieved the significance level. Only the endurance score had not achieved the significance level in Peng-hu county. The reasons may because of the different grow-up environment factor, or the child in-class performance.
(4).Different gender (male and female), Taichung of the male child experimental group had achieved the significance level in suppleness, while female child achieved in speed, flexibility, and suppleness. Peng-hu of the male child experimental group has achieved the significance level in speed, flexibility, while female child achieved in speed, endurance, and the sense of balance. The female children have gain more flexibility than the male children, it showed that there was a gender difference in children improvement condition.
The results showed that child play game course unit has made a significant improvement in the stage of pre-school children, it is a necessity to administer child play game course unit to pre-school children, the ministry of education should set up the regulations as soon as possible.
