Abstract
目的:本研究藉由Movement ABC和TMA Ⅱ工具,探討舞蹈對兒童動作協調能力的效益。方法:本研究對象為舞蹈班與普通班8-9歲的42名女童,舞蹈班21人為考取國小舞蹈教育之舞蹈藝術才能班的小三兒童,普通班21人為實驗過程中無接受任何運動訓練的同齡兒童,分別進行16週前測與後測實驗,以配對t檢定與共變數分析統計方法,對原始分數及障礙分數進行分析。結果:Movement ABC測驗年齡階二,舞蹈班在原始分數上,僅上肢球類技巧面向之丟沙包入盒子(t(20)= -3.52,p<.001)有顯著進步;障礙分數上,舞蹈班亦在上肢球類技巧面向之丟沙包入盒子(t(20)=3.63,p<.001)有顯著進步;三大面向障礙分數與障礙總分上,舞蹈班上肢球類技巧面向障礙分數(t(20)=3.22,p<.01)與障礙總分(t(20)=3.61,p<.01)有顯著進步,舞蹈班與普通班組別之間則無顯著差異。在TMA Ⅱ測驗原始分數方面,舞蹈班在下肢球類操控面向之盤球8字跑(t(20)=2.81,p<.05)與上肢視覺動作整合面向之描公雞花邊(t(20)=3.07,p<.01)有顯著進步;而舞蹈班與普通班組別之間,僅下肢視覺動作整合面向之跳格子慣用邊(F(1,39)=6.38,p<.05)有顯著差異,舞蹈班在跳格子慣用邊上明顯能力較好。結論:整體而言,十六週舞蹈課程對兒童在跳格子慣用邊的動作協調能力有所助益。
Purpose: The purpose of this study was to examine the effectiveness of the dance training for improvement on motor coordination abilities of children. Method: Participants were 42 children aged eight to nine years old. There were 21 children in the intervention group who joined in the dance team, and 21 typically developing children without accepting any exercise training in the control group. Children in the intervention group joined the 16-week dance training program. The Movement Assessment Battery for Children (Movement ABC) and Taiwan Movement Assessment Test Ⅱ (TMA Ⅱ) were used to identify the changes of motor abilities before and after 16-week training. Data obtained in this study were analyzed the single scores and the impairment scores by paired-t test and ANCOVA of Repeated Measures. Results: The Movement ABC showed the dance group improved on the single scores of the upper limb ball skill of throwing bean bag into box (t(20)=-3.52,p<.001), the single impairment scores of the upper limb ball skill of throwing bean bag into box (t(20)=3.63,p<.001), the impairment scores of the ball skill(t(20)=3.22,p<.01)and the total score(t(20)=3.61,p<.01)at the children of the 7-8 age band. However, there was not a significant difference between the two groups. For the dance children at the TMA Ⅱ, there were significant improvements on the tasks to control the ball score(t(20)=2.81,p<.05)and the cock trail(t(20)=3.07,p<.01). The dance group had significant improvements on the side habitually using in hopping in squares(F(1,39)=6.38,p<.05)more than the control group. Conclusion: Based on the results of this study, the 16-week dance training has significant improvements on the side habitually using in hopping in squares for children’s motor abilities.
