青少年體重控制行為及其相關因素之探討 肥胖造成青少年生理方面的負面影響，也可能產生心理的障礙問題。而隨著兒童青少年肥胖盛 行率的增加以及社會文化或媒體上所呈現的理想身型，許多青少年投入體重控制行列。本研究主要 目的是：一、了解青少年的實際體型和自我體型認知的一致性。二、探討青少年體重控制情形與體 重控制的方法。三、進一步深入探討青少年體重控制的預測因子。研究對象為台中市國民中學學生， 預估約700人。所用的研究變項包括：人口統計變項、體重控制行為、自我體型認知、社會文化外 表傾向態度（內化傾向與認知傾向）。所得資料以描述統計、Kappa及迴歸分析進行統計分析。
Weight control behavior and related factors among adolescents Obesity has negative influences on physical health and might produce mental problems for adolescents. There is an increase of overweight and obesity prevalence among children and adolescents and the society and media promote social ideal body. Therefore, many adolescents engage in weight control behavior. The purposes of this study are: 1.to investigate the correspondence between the actual weight status and weight perception, 2. to understand weight control behavior and weight control method among adolescents, and 3. to further explore the predictors of weight control behavior among adolescents There will be about 700 high school students recruited as participants for this study. All the students are from TaiChung City. The variables include social demographic variables, weight control behavior, and social attitude towards appearance (internalization and awareness). The colleted data will by analyzed by descriptive statistics, Kappa, and regression analysis
