Abstract
本研究目的為藉著懸吊運動應用在健康及不同程度下背痛治療的效果。方法:受試者以16位女性(7位有下背痛和 9位健康者,進行8週懸吊運動,一週兩次,一次四十分鐘。)分健康組與下背痛組兩組。於訓練前後,針對受測者之軀幹肌耐力測試(一分鐘仰臥起坐、一分鐘俯臥舉體、靜態軀幹屈曲和靜態驅幹伸展)和疼痛指數與日常生活限制情形做測試。統計方法以描述性統計和混合設計二因子變異數分析考驗運動介入於訓練前後是否有差異,其顯著水準訂為α= .05。結果:兩組受測者在經8週懸吊核心運動後,其軀幹肌耐力皆有顯著增加(p<.05)但在健康(仰臥起坐18.89±13.36次 VS. 30.11 ±16.04次,俯臥舉體35.89±16.42次 VS. 58.67±21.95次,軀幹屈曲28.06±18.97秒 VS. 97.36±52.19秒,軀幹伸展46.32±32.68秒 VS. 102.81±31.28秒)和下背痛組間(仰臥起坐17.86± 14.58次 VS. 25.57±15.36次,俯臥舉體30.71±22.41次 VS. 44.14±21.27次,軀幹屈曲28.02±23.48秒 VS. 48.41±25.75,軀幹伸展42.87秒±33.48 VS. 100.56±54.11秒)比較,不管在前測、後測還是進步幅度皆無顯著差異。但下背痛組在疼痛方面(5.21±1.70分 VS. 2.71±1.91分)和日常生活限制方面(10.71 ± 5.71分 VS. 5.29±4.86分)皆有顯著改善。結論:經8週懸吊運動後,兩組受測者的軀幹肌耐力皆有顯著的進步,且下背痛患者也因為軀幹核心肌群肌耐力的增加,使得疼痛指數與日常生活限制下降。
Objective:The purpose of the study was to investigate the efficacy of eight weeks sling core muscles exercise in patients with LBP and healthy people. Method:Sixteen people were recruited as subjects, include nine healthy people and seven LBP patients. All subjects underwent the following measurements:sit-ups, upper trunk lift, curl up and sorensen back extension test. LBP patients underwent the following measurements:pain score and daily life dysfunction . The data were analyzed by descriptive statistics and two-way ANOVA (α= .05) to examine any change after the exercise. Result:Significant improvements were shown among sixteen people in trunk muscle edurance (Healthy:sit-ups 17.86±14.58 VS. 25.57 ± 15.36, upper trunk lift 30.71±22.41 VS. 44.14± 21.27, curl up 28.02 ±23.48 VS. 48.41± 25.75, sorensen back extension test 42.87 ±33.48 VS. 100.56±54.11), (LBP:sit-ups 18.89±13.36 VS. 30.11 ± 16.04, upper trunk lift 35.89± 16.42 VS. 58.67±21.95, curl up 28.06±18.97 VS. 97.36± 52.19, sorensen back extension test 46.32±32.68 VS. 102.81±31.28) And significant improvements were shown among LBP patients in pain scores(5.21±1.70 VS. 2.71±1.91) and daily life dysfunction (10.71± 5.71 VS. 5.29 ±4.86). It was concluded that eight weeks sling exercise training was effective in LBP patients with decreased pain scores and daily life dysfunction. And it was also effective in every one with improve trunk muscle endurance.
