Abstract

在強調健康及休閒參與的廿一世紀,透過大肢體活動以完成教育的體育課,意義與價值日漸彰顯,但在第一線從事體育教學的教師卻發現男女生對體育課呈現不同的學習態度,尤以中學階段的差異更是明顯。有高比例的中學女生傾向於不活動,對體育課抱持消極的態度。有鑑於期望體育課對個人發展的功能得以彰顯、教育資源能獲得有效運用,本文乃以中學女生體育學習態度為主題,進行研究。首先透過文獻探討歸納可能影響中學女生體育學習的因素,為期瞭解我國目前中學女生的體育學習狀況,乃根據文獻探討結果設計訪談大綱,以深度晤談方式實地訪問中學體育教師,繼而分析整理訪談結果,呈現國內中學女生體育學習的樣貌,最後提出結論與建議。針對促進中學女生體育學習態度,本研究提出五項建議:重視正確觀念的建立、強調鼓勵與成功經驗的體會、兼重內外動機以激發中學女生的學習興趣、善用女生的正向學習行為、形塑良好的學校運動風氣。

The purpose of this study is to explore the secondary school girls’ attitude in physical education. Six secondary school PE teachers are interviewed to understand learning attitude of girls’. The results of this study revealed: (1) girls do like PE because of having fun, relaxation ; (2) girls’ attitude toward PE were less positive than boys’; (3)physiological factors and gender stereotypes limit girls’ PE learning ; (4)PE educators interacte with girls different from boys; (5)girls’ learning is influedced by external factors; (6)successful experience and encouragement inspire motivation of girls; (7)clarified misconception could promote attitude of girls.   The suggestions of this study:(1)establishing the correct concepts; (2) emphasizing the importance of teachers’ encouragement and learners’ successful experience; (3)using motivational strategies to inspire girls participating physical education;.(4)utilizing girls’ positive learning behaviors; (5)fostering the motivated climate of physical education class.
