Abstract
優秀女子跳高運動員的生物力學服務 :縱貫式研究 臺灣的女子跳高全國記錄已經維持長達20 年未能打破,而榮獲2009 年全 國運動會女子跳高金牌的吳孟珈運動員則為年僅15 歲的國中三年級學生, 並在2009 年11 月的第三屆亞洲室內運動會中,以1.80m 的成績奪得第6 名。本研究的主要目的乃就生物力學的研究手段,為優秀女子跳高運動員 吳孟珈提供三年期的縱貫式跳高技術追蹤服務,以作為教練員與運動員競 技運動訓練的參考。研究的主要對象吳孟珈身高171cm、體重55kg,研究 規劃每個月記錄一次實驗參與者的訓練情境或正式比賽情境跳高動作,並 提供即時回饋給運動員和教練員相關的動作分析之生物力學服務,動作記 錄的工具包括Redlake IDT MotionPro X3TM 高速攝影機(500Hz)、Sony HDR - FX7 高解析度數位攝影機(60Hz)、Kislter 9287BA 測力板(1200Hz) 與VICON Motus 9.00 版三度空間影像分析系統。除了縱貫式的追蹤三年跳 高動作表現以外,本研究也將依吳孟珈動作技術改進的階段任務需求,逐 年開發三度空間的下肢肌肉力矩計算模型、三度空間角動量計算模型,作 為診斷跳高技術的工具。本研究的結果,可以立即回饋給運動教練員與運 動員關於實驗參與者跳高技術改進的相關訊息,以落實運動科學在運動競 技服務的應用工作。
Biomechanical Services for the Elite Athlete of Female High Jump : A Longitudinal Study The national record of female high jump is not yet broken for twenty years in Taiwan. The best high jumper in Taiwan, Miss Meng-Chia Wu, is fifteen years old and is a junior high student. She won the gold medal of female high jump in 2009 Taiwan National Sports Game and the sixth place of female high jump in 2009 Asian Indoor Game that final height was 1.80m. The purpose of this study is to assess and to monitor the high jump performance for Miss Meng-Chia Wu in the aspect of biomechanical approach for the period of three years. This longitudinal study will service effectively the coach and the athlete to trace the improvement of the technique of high jump. The participant, Meng-Chia Wu, is 171 cm in body height and 55 kg in body weight. The research team will record and analysis the movements of high jump at least once a month under the condition of training or regular competition. The biomechanical information of the performance of high jump will soon feedback to the coach and the athlete. The main research equipments are Redlake IDT MotionPro X3TM high speed camera (500Hz), Sony HDR-FX7 camcorders (60Hz), Kislter 9287BA force platform (1200Hz), and VICON Motus three-dimensional cinematography system (Version 9.00). The researcher also develop the model of three-dimensional joint moments for lower extremity and the model of three-dimensional angular momentum analysis to provide the information of the high jump movement that according to the annual training stage of the participant. The results will provide the information of biomechanical service for the best high jumper in Taiwan, but also will feedback to athlete or athletic coach is rapidly in order to make it practical that sport science service to the sport competition.
