國中學童實施循環式分腿蹲跳引起延遲性肌肉酸痛及橫紋肌溶解症之探討

Abstract
本研究的目的在於探討國中學童實施循環式分腿蹲跳後,以血液生化指標評估是否造成肌肉損傷或橫紋肌溶解症產生之情形。本研究之實驗參與者為11名健康的國中男生,其平均年齡為15.7±0.5歲,體重57.2±6.4公斤,身高169.4±5.5公分。運動時間為實驗參與者實施循環式分腿蹲跳自覺疲勞(衰竭)且無法達到設定的高度,本實驗即告終止。每位實驗參與者於運動前、運動後的第2、24、48小時進行肘靜脈採血5cc,分析血漿中的肌酸激酶(CK)、乳酸脫氫酶(LDH),肌酸磷化脢-MB同功酶(CK-MB),天冬氨酸轉胺酶(AST),谷丙轉胺酶(ALT)及心肌旋轉蛋白I(Troponin-I),作為肌肉損傷的指標。結果發現,實驗參與者之血液生化值在蹲跳前後無顯著的差異(p>.05)。結論:在本次實驗中對國中男生實施蹲跳並無引發橫紋肌溶解症之虞。
The purpose of this study was to investigate the effects of cycle split squat jump on the occurrence of rhabdomyolysis by measure of biomarker in serum in junior high school student. In this study, we chose the eleven healthy male junior high school students to participate in this test, all of them the average range of age were 15.7±0.5 and weight were 57.2±6.4 kg and figure were 169.4±5.5 cm. The period of time in test is limited when they didn’t split jump as well as before or felt tired to continue split. We measured biomarker in serum like, plasma creatine kinase (CK), creatine kinase MB (CK-MB), lactate dehydrogenase (LDH), aspartate aminotransferase (AST), alanine aminotransferase (ALT), and Troponin-I for 2h, 24h and48h among the before and after split jump. Results shows that split jump didn’t cause significantly damage (P > 0.05) in this test. Conclusion: In this test, split jump didn’t cause teenager rhabdomyolysis.
